With the recently announced lockdown in place from 5th November, we can confirm that it is our intention to stay open and continue serving our valuable customers.
In recent months, we have reviewed all our processes, and whilst customer interaction was minimal during “normal” times, we have made appropriate changes to ensure that we are Covid compliant and safe. This includes keeping a safe distance, sanitising keys if they are needed, the use of face masks and gloves, and not requiring customer signatures or contact.
As we also work alone and outside, there is minimal risk to our technicians, our customers and the general public.
From an insurance/warranty customer perspective, we will operate as usual, in line with their requirements; also from a private customer point of view, we will ensure we service all work in a timely and professional manner in line with the Covid precautions outlined above.
