DO I NEED EXPERIENCE OF THE INDUSTRY?

  • In short, no. We offer two franchise opportunities: to join either as a SMART Operator or as a SMART Manager
  • As a SMART Operator, you would join the network, learn the technical side, and operate as an individual for a short period of time and be expected to employ technicians within a year as the business grows
  • As a SMART Manager, you would join the network and employ at least one technician from your first day, who would be technically trained whilst you are learning about the operations of a business and how to grow it
  • Our business is repairing both trade and private cars using the SMART repair process
  • We are different in that we are the only nationwide service provider who can offer paint and dent repairs, as well as alloy wheel refurbishments
  • We carry out over 170,000 car repairs per year, and are proud to boast we have a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 out of 5. This allows us to monitor feedback and rectify any shortfalls in service delivery
  • We have a team of mobile corporate (employed technicians) and franchisees and their technicians who offer our services around the country
  • We work with local trade customers such as dealerships and lease companies sourced by the franchisee, as well as the general public. Many of these are repeat customers as a result of excellent service
  • We also have a volume of national account customers in the form of warranty work and dealerships, which the franchisee has the opportunity to benefit from as well
