As part of DWV’s continued investment in its training facility, where the company educates the technicians of tomorrow, the facility is used to conduct practical training for new corporate technicians, franchisees and their technicians and claims handling staff, all dedicated to improving customer experience.

New DWV franchisees will also benefit from access to the facility, along with any current technicians wishing to further their skill set within an industry-leading environment. With our constant desire to improve customer service, any technicians that we feel require upskilling or additional training will also use this facility to ensure we stay at the forefront of our industry.

Dent Wizard Ventures (DWV) has a Rowley paint booth and mixing room at its headquarters in Leeds, which is used to maintain the quality of DWV’s paint repairs through the training and development of its staff, ensuring the company continues enhancing its stellar reputation in the mobile vehicle repair industry.

The room is a controlled, closed off environment that helps to maintain a clean workspace, keeping out contaminants such as dust, moisture and debris that can compromise the quality of the paint. The room is compliant to the most recent safety codes and standards, without compromise.

Customers can be confident in DWV’s paint repair process, knowing that quality is at the centre of this dedicated service.

DWV has also begun trialling new premium Sikkens UV Primers, which has resulted in positive feedback from our technicians. One of them, Steve from Manchester, said it was a “fantastic product with great build”. We certainly hope the rest of our technicians are in agreement, and that our customers can see the difference. Again, a great example to show DWV are intent on retaining our position as the number 1 in the vehicle cosmetic repair industry by ensuring our network of nationwide technicians are equipped with the latest products and equipment.
