  • Large territories (at least 400k population), enough to penetrate and grow a substantial business, with multiple vehicles
  • Marketing levy collected monthly from the network, with 100% used towards increasing brand recognition – with network input as to how it is spent
  • Open ended matched funding available to all franchisees where they carry out localised marketing activities promoting the DWV brand
  • A Franchise Forum that provides input and is actively encouraged to put forward ideas to improve the business for the benefit of everyone
  • Rebate opportunity on any private sales over and above the agreed targets. This equates to a 3% refund on any sales above the target at year end – this is open ended. In 2022, over £21k was shared between 78% of the Network who over achieved their targets for private sales
  • Opportunity to reduce private fee % year on year dependent on achieving entry into different private sales banding levels in line with the Franchise Agreement
  • Credit control carried out on your behalf, which is included in the management fees paid
  • 20% of all corporate work guaranteed to be allocated to you in the first year of trading, with payments paid to the Franchisee at month end, regardless of if has been paid (with a clawback if not paid within 90 days), which helps cashflow
  • Opportunity for auction work to be offered to the business, subject to availability in the owned area, and achieving Contractual Service levels
